We are excited to host an evening to discuss Michelle Obama’s wonderful memoir: Becoming!!


As a nutritionist, I believe that true well being is about much more than just what we eat...but it extends to the health of the mind, body, and soul, which is something that I am truly passionate about!

So, we are organising a ‘One-Night-Only’ Book club Thursday, 10th January 7pm-9pm, where we come together for a 'meeting of the minds' to discuss Michelle Obama's truly inspiring new memoir, ‘Becoming’!

Both men and women of all ages and backgrounds are encouraged to attend for a well-rounded enjoyable conversation! How exciting would it be to come together for one night to discuss hope and inspiration just as we are beginning a New Year.

This event is completely FREE, with Swap Meat’s healthy vegan refreshments provided! (Pre-booking is MANDATORY for catering purposes, to reduce food waste.)

Dr Terri has an inspirational message to share about plant based nutrition and its amazing health benefits. Since I attended her workshop I’ve lost 28lbs in weight, through altering my diet in line with her suggestions - and no exercise!
